How can I give a whole team access to Power BI without an individual Power BI Pro licence?

Jeremy is an access portal for your Power BI reports, separate from the Power BI Pro licence. Your colleagues sign in with their usual Microsoft (Entra ID) account, without an individual Power BI Pro licence.

Billing only covers users who actually opened the portal during the month: an inactive account isn't billed, unlike a Pro licence charged every month whether it's used or not.

Reports stay hosted exclusively in the client's own Power BI / Microsoft Fabric service — Jeremy stores no business data.
